What we do

We build companies, not decks.

We are not a software house or an agency. We come inside, do the work and stay for years.

Picture six suppliers. One writes the strategy, one writes the code, one runs the hiring, one the brand, one the sales, one makes sure the product is useful to somebody. Each knows their piece and nobody answers for the whole.

We are the whole. One party that joins the company and answers for the outcome rather than for a slice of scope.

We take equity for the work. Which means we earn once the company earns. There is no invoice for advice nobody implemented.

Six capabilities

Strategy

We settle where the company earns and what it will not do. The second part tends to be harder.

Technology

Architecture, code, infrastructure. We write what has to run for years, not what performs in a demo.

Product

Before we spend on scale we check with live people whether anyone wants it.

Team

We hire and settle in the first people. They are meant to stay once we step back.

Marketing

Brand and demand start before launch, not after it.

Sales

We win the first customers ourselves, to leave behind a process that runs without us.

Common questions

How are you different from a software house
A software house finishes at handover and sends an invoice. We stay in the company as a shareholder, so we carry the consequences of what we built.
How much equity do you take
It depends on what each side brings and at what stage we come in. We settle it in conversation, not from a price list.
Do you acquire operating companies
Yes. We build from zero, co-found with founders and acquire companies whose owners want to hand over.
What if we decide not to work together
We part ways and you lose nothing. We do not charge for the conversation or for the analysis we do along the way.
